Grab & Go is professionally assembled balloon decor that you pick up and style yourself. It’s a great option for smaller celebrations and DIY setups. Browse current products and pickup availability on our Grab & Go page.

Pickup is at 516 SW 3rd Street, Ankeny, Iowa. Follow the pickup date and time in your booking confirmation. If you need to adjust your pickup, contact us ahead of time.

Bring a clean vehicle with enough space for your fully inflated order. An SUV or van can be helpful for larger pieces. Keep the vehicle cool, avoid sharp objects, and don’t leave balloons in a hot parked car. Ask us about vehicle space before pickup if you’re unsure.

Grab & Go is pickup only, and you handle transport and installation. If you need us to deliver or install your decor, request a custom quote.

We’re based in Ankeny and serve the Des Moines metro, Ames, and surrounding central Iowa communities. Delivery availability and fees depend on your location and event needs.

We’ll need the venue address, event start time, earliest setup access, and an onsite contact. Let us know about stairs, loading docks, parking restrictions, ceiling height, or venue rules that could affect installation.

Return pickup and teardown are separate services unless included in your quote. Rental items need an agreed return or pickup plan. Please tell us about late-night removal or a strict venue deadline when you inquire.

Outdoor displays depend on weather, direct sun, temperature, wind, and the available mounting points. Tell us your outdoor plans when booking so we can recommend a suitable design and discuss a backup plan.

Lifespan varies with balloon type, handling, temperature, sun exposure, and display conditions. Air-filled decor and helium balloons behave differently. We’ll help you plan pickup or installation timing for your event.

Keep them indoors in a cool, comfortable space when possible. Avoid direct sunlight, heat, sharp surfaces, and rough handling. Balloons can expand in heat and shrink in cooler temperatures.

No, we don’t offer balloon releases. Please keep balloons secured and dispose of them properly after your celebration.
