Wells Fargo Loudspeaker welcome arch with colorful balloons and oversized red and gold metallic starbursts.

For Wells Fargo’s Loudspeaker event in Des Moines, Squeak Balloon & Decor brought a bold, coordinated color story from the welcome area to the presentation stage. Purple, magenta, red, yellow and white balloons paired with oversized metallic starbursts to give the corporate setting a celebratory feel.

The design challenge

Create a cohesive event environment across distinct spaces while keeping the Loudspeaker messaging and panel discussion at the center of attention. The décor needed to frame the experience and work alongside the venue’s existing signage, stage and seating.

A welcome with impact

A full balloon arch defined the welcome area with repeating bands of color. A large red metallic starburst crowned the arch, while gold starbursts anchored the sides. The combination of a classic arch silhouette and sculptural accents created a clear visual arrival moment.

A stage built around the conversation

Organic balloon installations framed the panel seating, with coordinated columns beside the Loudspeaker banners. Red and gold metallic accents connected the stage design to the welcome display, while the open center kept the speakers and event messaging visible.

One color story, throughout the space

Repeating the same palette and starburst details gave the separate installations a unified look. A smaller starburst arrangement carried the design into the feedback area. The finished setting shows how corporate balloon décor can bring energy, dimension and personality to an employee event while complementing its purpose.
